So yesterday I was looking through interesting articles on ehow and this one really stuck out "How to Get Your Kids to Clean The House Without Nagging Them" by Joan Landes.

It is a game she uses to have her kids keep the house clean called "Gotcha". I have never seen anyone publish anything remotely like it. The kids literally play a game to keep the house clean. There is a reward or allowance at the end of the week with a "bonus" if everyone goes the entire week without any "Gotchas". The best part is because of the extra rewards kids start to help each other out in order to get it! I can actually see my boys doing this. If you check out my ehow articles you'll see that my kids actually like to clean the bathroom, but try and get them to pick up one movie in the living room and you would think world war III started. So I will be explaining and starting this game tonight when the kids get home from school. I'll make sure to keep you updated on the hopeful success of this game!
